Attorney Anthony M. Moccia has spent the last 16 years turning a deeply personal mission into a thriving legal practice: helping Americans claim the Italian citizenship that's rightfully theirs. As a dual Italian-American citizen himself, he understands this journey from the inside out.
Before trading Boston for Italy, Anthony built a diverse legal and business career — practicing real estate, estate planning, conveyancing, and municipal tax law, and founding his own real estate brokerage after years in financial services. That entrepreneurial, client-first mindset now drives every case he takes on.
A graduate of Salve Regina University and Suffolk University Law School, Anthony is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts — and has made it his mission to make Italy feel like home for the families he serves.
